Project Description:

The new facility will power much of Microsoft’s global cloud computing operation, while using far less energy and water than typically consumed in other data centers of this scale.

Coyle Kennedy Role: 

Coyle Kennedy provided design services for the connection design, temporary stability during the erection process and value engineered the cladding connections to the steel frame.  Coyle Kennedy worked with the steel work subcontractor at tender stage to provide a temporary stability scheme which utilised the semi-rigidity available in the connections which eliminated the requirement for any temporary bracing.
