CoyleKennedy Consulting Engineers, Ltd., our goal is to provide the highest quality service to our clients while staying within all time and budget constraints. We achieve this goal by moving quickly to prepare plans, using our experience and knowledge.
 
     
 
Coyle Kennedy has made a strategic decision to achieve the ISO Standard Quality Certification covering the entire scope of its consulting engineering services. The Quality Management System (QMS) will be developed over the next 6 months with certification anticipated thereafter. The company will have an ISO Registration compliant with the new ISO international Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001:2000, effective since January 2001.

The company has identified key management principles which effective implementation of this Quality Standard will ensure for the organisation, resulting in mutual benefits for the company, its valued client base and other interested third parties. These principles are:

  • Client and third party focus
    Coyle Kennedy values its clients and through the adoption of this ISO Quality Standard it will better understand their current and future client and third party needs, will meet these requirements and indeed strive to exceed client and third party expectations.
  • Leadership
    ISO Quality will ensure unity of purpose and direction for the organisation through the fostering of leadership. This will mean the creation and maintenance of an internal environment in which staff can become fully involved in achieving the company’s objectives, as identified in the ISO Quality Manual.
  • Involvement of people
    People at all levels are seen as the essence of this organisation and the ISO Quality Standard embodied in the firm’s Quality Manual will ensure and enable their abilities to be used for the company’s benefit.
  • Process approach
    ISO Certification means that all activities and related resources will be managed as a process resulting in more efficiencies for the company.
  • System approach to management
    The organisation’s effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its objectives-primarily focused on clients and other interested parties-will be improved through identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes as a Quality Management System.
  • Continual improvement
    ISO Registration ensures that continual improvement of the company’s overall performance will be a permanent objective of the organisation.
